(Oral) The present petition has been filed seeking appointment of a Warrant Officer with a direction to secure the release of the detenue, namely Parveen Kumar son of Sohal Lal, who is the real brother of the petitioner herein, from the alleged illegal custody of respondents No. 4 and 5. 2. Pursuant to the order dated 04.05.2026, a report dated 07.05.2026 from the Warrant Officer has been received. The same is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3. As per the aforesaid report, the alleged detenue has been arrested in another case bearing FIR No.440 dated 08.11.2025 registered under Section 136 of the Electricity Act at Police Station Ladwa. A copy of the arrest memo was handed over to the Warrant Officer. 4. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous with liberty granted to t
