Prayer in the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ, order or direction especially in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to protect the life, liberty and property of the petitioners at the hands of the respondents No.4 and 5 and their subordinate staff, who are trying to falsely implicate the petitioner in false and baseless case, at the instance of the respondent No.6 and 7. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute is purely civil in nature and the petitioner intends to pursue the same before the competent Court under the provisions of Negotiable Instruments Act. 3. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the official respo
