Succinctly the facts of the case are that the police party while on patrolling on 17.02.2026, when present at Chota Sua Wadhwa Singh Colony, Amritsar, saw a clean shaved young man, who on seeing the police party got perplexed and tried to escape by throwing one polythene pouch from his right hand, however, he was apprehended by the police party.
