This is the second petition filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.126 dated 13.05.2025 under Sections 21, 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Mullana, District Ambala. 2. Earlier petition bearing CRM-M No.4767-2026 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail came up for hearing on 03.02.2026 and on that date the case was argued at length and then on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, petition was dismissed being not pressed. Now the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the similar prayer just after 02 months. 3. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed, at this stage.
