Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 438 Cr.P.C.), is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who has been booked in a criminal case arising out of FIR No.0010 dated 31.01.2026, under Sections 305, 331(3) of B.N.S., 2023 (corresponding to Sections 380, 454 IPC) and [Section 317(2) of BNS (corresponding to Section 411 IPC) added later on], at Police Station City Ahmedgarh, District Malerkotla. 2. The interim order dated 10.04.2026 passed by this Court, reads as under :- “ 1.
