Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner was appointed in 3rd IRB. He was sent on deputation to the Department of Vigilance and Security, Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) vide order dated 05.08.2024 passed by the Additional Director General of Police, State Armed Police, Jalandhar.
