Through the instant petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, petitioner – Paramjit Singh (complainant in the complaint case), has challenged order dated 17.12.2024 (Annexure P-5), whereby complaint No.30/2021, instituted on 12.02.2021 bearing CIS No.COMI-15-2021 and CNR No.PBTT030005122021, filed by him against the respondents under Sections 420, 427, 441, 447, 464, 506 and 120-B IPC, pertaining to Police Station Jhabal, District Tarn Taran, came to be dismissed. 2. Instant petition was instituted on 04.08.2025 and since then, the same has remained pending consideration before this Court. 3. After studying the legal position, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the first instance, the impugned order is required to be assailed before the Revisional Court, i.e., the Court of Sessions.
