The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the selection of peons pursuant to the public notice dated 02.09.2013. 2. The challenge is essentially premised on two grounds: (i) a candidate was selected despite having been awarded ‘0’ marks in the interview; and (ii) the selection criteria was formulated after the conduct of the interviews. No other ground has been raised to assail the selection process. 3.
