Present third petition has been filed for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.24 dated 10.03.2025, under Sections 22/29/61 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 111 of BNS, registered at Police Station Cheema, District Sangrur. 2. Succinctly the facts of the case are that the police party while on patrolling on 10.03.2025, when reached near village Bhagwanpura, saw a person coming, who on seeing the police got perplexed and threw transparent plastic bag, which he was holding in his hand, into the fields of wheat crop. On suspicion, he was apprehended by the Police Party. On asking, he disclosed his name to be Pritpal Singh.
