Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the passport of the petitioner has already been issued to her, though with a validity of only one year. Accordingly, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned passport authority for extension of the validity period of her passport. 3.
