Brief facts of the case are that the FIR in the present case was registered on the statement of the complainant, Simranpreet Singh. As per the prosecution case, the complainant has seen the post of Moon Immigration on Instagram on 28.01.2025, in which, there is foreign number mentioned as +18046601004 and Indian number mentioned as 8556911602.
