(Oral) The present Regular Second Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 09.05.1997 passed by the learned District Judge, Hoshiarpur, whereby the appeal preferred by the appellants/plaintiffs came to be dismissed. 2. Briefly stated, the appellants/plaintiffs instituted a suit for declaration through their attorney, Kehar Singh, asserting that the plaintiffs along with defendant No.3 are the lawful owners in possession of the suit land, fully detailed and described in the headnote of the plaint.
