144 IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH INCOMP-1134-2026 Date of decision: 14.05.2026 PANKAJ ...PETITIONER V/S STATE OF HARYANA ...RESPONDENT CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SUBHAS MEHLA Present: None. **** SUBHAS MEHLA, J. (ORAL) 1. The aforesaid petition was filed on 04.02.2026. The petition was scrutinized by the Registry and some objections were raised. Despite grant of repeated opportunities petitioner has not removed the objections raised in the petition during the stipulated period of 40 days, as prescribed in Rule 9, Chaper-1, Part-A of Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, Vol.- V. 2. Even after publication of a note on the official website of this Court, requesting the Advocate to collect the instant case for re-filing after removal of objections, the needful was not done. The Registry has consequently listed the matter before this Court under “INCOMPLETE category” seeking appropriate orders. 3. As on date, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The petition, as such is disposed of for want of requisite action from the counsel with regard to objections raised. (SUBHAS MEHLA) May 14, 2026 JUDGE manisha (i) Whether speaking/reasoned Y
