Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 483 BNSS is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0214 dated 01.07.2025, registered under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340, 238(a) BNS at Police Station Ambala Cantt., District Ambala. 2. Learned counsel contends that the petitioner has been in custody for about 6 months. There is a delay of 2 years in lodging the FIR, which is resulted of fallout relations between him and the complainant and the entries of amount deposited long back between 2021-2023. The cheques are in the name of third person-Gurjeet Singh and not issued by the petitioner. The offence are triable by Magistrate.
