(Oral) Challenge in the present criminal revision petition is to the judgment of conviction and order dated of sentence dated 06.07.2019 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Faridabad, in case bearing CIS No.NACT/2747/2014whereby the petitioner has been sentence to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of 06 months for commission of offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and to pay compensation to the complainant to the tune of Rs.3,00,000/- i.e. 1.5 times of the cheque amount. A further challenge has also raised to the order dated 22.01.2021 passed by the Sessions Judge, Faridabad whereby the appeal against the aforesaid judgment of conviction and order of sentence was dismissed.
