This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Section 438 Cr.P.C.) for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the event of his arrest in FIR No.164 dated 25.03.2025, registered under Sections 115, 117(2), 118(1), 190, 191(3), 351(3) of BNS (erstwhile Sections 323, 324, 148, 149, 506, 325 IPC), at Police Station Assandh, District Karnal, Haryana. 2. The case of the prosecution is that the complainant-Prince Pal alleged that on 25.03.2025 at about 02:00 PM, while he along with another person was going on a motorcycle, a black Scorpio vehicle allegedly hit his motorcycle. Thereafter, accused persons including Jai Karan, Sawan and other unknown persons alighted from the said Scorpio and attacked the complainant with sharp-edged weapons such as gandasa, khanda and kirpans with an 20
