The prayer in this 4th petition under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 439 of Cr.P.C., 1973) is for the grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.204 dated 13.11.2023 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 21, 23, 25, 29 NDPS Act at Police Station Lopoke, District Amrtisar Rural. 2. The brief facts of the case are that BSF officials found two packets in the fields. The co-accused Daljit Singh (granted bail vide order dated 17.11.2025) and Palwinder Singh (petitioner) were apprehended. On making a search of the polythene packets, 540 grams of heroin was recovered. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he has been falsely implicated in the present case.
