The petitioners have filed the present revision petition against the impugned judgment dated 06.05.2009, passed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Fatehgarh Sahib, whereby, the appeal filed by the petitioners was ordered to be dismissed and affirmed the impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 08.10.2007, passed by the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehgarh Sahib, whereby the petitioners were ordered to be convicted for the offence punishable under Section 379 read with Section 34 IPC and were sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of one year each and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/- each and in default of payment of fine, to further undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of one month each.
