(ORAL) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the order dated 03.10.2005 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned Tehsildar, Ferozepur. 2. Briefly, it has been averred in this writ petition that land measuring 98 Kanal-10 Marla, situated in Village Chalk Donna Reheem Ke, Tehsil and District Ferozepur, was allotted in favour of Sh. Arjan Singh. It has further been averred that the said Arjan Singh sold a portion of the aforesaid land to Sh. Gurudita Ram, who thereafter, sold land measuring 32 Kanal-1 Marla to the petitioner, namely Palla Singh, along with his brother Ujagar Singh.
