The present appeal is preferred against judgment and decree dated 30.08.1997 passed by learned Addl. District Judge-II, Bhiwani, whereby the appeal filed by respondent No. 5 against judgment and decree dated 10.12.1996 passed by learned Addl. Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Bhiwani, was allowed. 2. At the very outset, learned State counsel submits that the department has satisfied judgment and decree dated 30.08.1997 passed by learned Addl. District Judge-II, Bhiwani on 25.07.2024. 3. In view of the above, nothing survives in the present appeal and the same is dismissed as having become rendered infructuous 4.
