The petitioner claims that he remained member of Governing Body of Jat Mahasabha Karnal during 2014 to 2017. The Mahasabha built Dharmshala in Sector 12, Karnal. The Mahasabha is also having Senior Citizen Home and Yoga Center besides other Public Utility Services. He was removed from the Sabha. He preferred CWP-9857-2021 which was disposed of as infructuous vide order dated 13.12.2021 passed by this Court.
