(Oral) 1 Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, for directing the respondent No.2 to 3, to take prompt and effective action against illegal encroachment and obstruction caused by respondent No.4 (Sukhwinder Singh), by way of parking his car in the street and to remove illegal constructions including tharis/stairs from the street. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his other remedies, in accordance with law. 3. Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. 4.
