The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 (erstwhile Section 439 Cr.P.C.) seeking regular bail for the petitioner in case FIR No.48 dated 25.02.2023, registered under Sections 302, 506, 120-B and 34 IPC (now Sections 103(1), 351(2), 61(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023) and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Beri, District Jhajjar. 2. The case of the prosecution is that the brother of the complainant, namely, Sumit Kumar (deceased) had advanced some money to the petitioner and co-accused. On 25.02.2023, when the complainant along with his brother and a friend went to meet the petitioner for return of the borrowed amount, the petitioner along with co-accused allegedly met them near a hotel. It is alleged that after some conversation, while they were travelling in the complainant’s vehicle, the petitioner
