At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies in terms of Section 7 of the Haryana Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961, in accordance with law. 3.
