(ORAL) Present revision petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India has been preferred by petitioners/plaintiffs for issuance of appropriate orders directing learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Ludhiana, to decide the pending Civil Suit No.20567 of 2023 titled as ‘Om Prakash & Anr. Vs. Dinesh Singh & Ors.’ filed by petitioners/plaintiffs, expeditiously. 2. It is the case of petitioners/plaintiffs that suit was filed on 23.11.2023 and, thereafter, on appearance by respondents/defendants they had moved an application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC on 18.03.2024 seeking rejection of plaint, on the ground of insufficient valuation and deficient affixation of ad valorem Court fee. Reply to the said application by petitioners/plaintiffs was filed on 27.05.2024 and since 27.05.2024 matter is being fixed for consideration and has not proceeded further.
