The present Regular Second Appeal has been preferred by the plaintiffs against the judgment & decree dated 24.01.1989 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Sirsa, whereby the appeal filed by defendants No.1 to 4 was allowed and the judgment & decree of the learned trial Court dated 19.01.1987 decreeing the suit of the plaintiffs, was set aside. 2.
