Mr. P.H.S.Pannu, Advocate with Mr. Saurav Khullar, Manager, for respondent -Insurance Company. ***** Both the parties have agreed for full and final settlement with the enhanced compensation at Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs only) over and above the amount awarded by the learned MACT, Faridabad. The enhanced amount is to be credited to the account of the claimants within a period of eight weeks from today. The claimants have undertaken to provide the bank details enabling the respondent-Insurance Company to credit the amount through RTGS within a week. In case the appellants/claimants fail to provide the bank details for the purpose of transfer of amount so enhanced here-in-above, the insurance company will be at liberty to issue demand draft against the said amount.
