The present regular second appeal is preferred against judgment and decree dated 21.07.1995 passed by Additional Senior Sub-Judge, Moga as well as judgment and decree dated 18.09.1996 passed by learned Additional Judge, Faridkot, whereby, civil suit as well as the appeal filed by the appellant was dismissed. 2. Brief facts of the case as per the civil suit are that appellant was working as ad hoc Bill Distributor in North Sub Division, Punjab State Electricity Board (PSEB), Moga at the time of filing of civil suit.
