(Oral): This petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate Panipat, who is dealing with the application seeking for monitoring of the investigation of the case pertaining to FIR No.259 dated 15.09.2024 under Section 191(3), 190 and 103 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Matlauda, District Panipat. It has been alleged by the petitioner that application seeking for monitoring of investigation is pending since long, i.e. since 29.11.2024, and that the case is being adjourned by the learned Judicial Magistrate without any reason. A perusal of record shows that by virtue of order dated 15.10.2025 the report of learned Judicial Magistrate dealing with the above mentioned application was sought.
