The present Criminal Revision petition is directed against the impugned order dated 09.03.2026 passed by the Learned Special Judge, Gurdaspur, whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 167(2) of CrPC (now Section 187 BNSS) seeking grant of default bail in FIR No.29, dated 07.05.2025, registered under Sections 22, 25, 29 of NDPS Act at Police Station State Special Operation Cell, District Amritsar has been dismissed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested on 07.05.2025 and was remanded to judicial custody on 08.05.2025.
