(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.149 dated 21.10.2016, under Sections 324/ 323/ 34 of the IPC, 1860 (Sections 379-B/ 382 of IPC added later on), at Police Station Guruharsahai, District Ferozepur. 2. On 08.04.2026, the following order was passed: “Short reply by way of an affidavit dated 08.04.2026 has been filed, in the Court today, which is take on record. A copy thereof has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner. Inter alia contends that the petitioner was earlier appearing before the concerned Court, cancellation report was prepared and was presented before the trial Court on 11.11.2016, which was not accepted, & the petitioner is willing to join proceedings before the Court below
