Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his case is squarely covered by the judgments passed by this Court in Ranjeet Singh vs. State of Punjab and Others, CRM-M-59214-2023 and Sunil Kumar vs. State of Punjab and Others, CRM-M-60911-2023, which were disposed of vide orders dated 24.11.2023 and 04.12.2023, Annexures P-7 & P-11 respectively, by relying on the judgment of Hon’ble the Supreme Court in ICICI Bank Ltd. vs. Parkash Kaur and Others, 2007(2) SCC 711. In this regard, an application/representation dated 27.12.2025, Annexure P-4, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 3.
