Instant petition, under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 482 Cr.P.C.), has been filed for quashing of the order dated 13.05.2025 and 08.01.2026 (Annexure P-4 & P-5), whereby the petitioner has been declared as ‘proclaimed person’, on account of his non-appearance in the following FIR:- FIR Date Section(s) Police Station District No. 174 02.09.2024 S. 21/21(C)/29 of NPDS City Tarn Tarn Taran Act,1985 Taran 2.
