The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 17.11.2025 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-34178- 2022. 2. Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of the above referred to order, speaking order dated 15.05.2026 has been passed. The same is taken on record, copy whereof has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3. A perusal of speaking order dated 15.05.2026 shows that order dated 17.11.2025 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-34178-2022 has been duly complied with. 4.
