The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, for quashing the impugned order dated 24.02.2026 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Gurugram, in CS No.3398 of 2019 titled Nisha and others vs. Hans Raj and others, whereby the evidence of the petitioners has been closed by order of the Court. 2. The brief facts of the case are that the petitioners, namely Nisha and others, filed a suit for declaration along with consequential relief of mandatory injunction and permanent injunction against the respondents/defendants. Notice of the said suit was issued to the respondents, who contested the same by filing their written statement.
