Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No. 0135/2023 dated 15.05.2023, registered at Police Station Chitranjan Park, for commission of offences under Sections 354/509/323/341/506/34 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The abovesaid FIR was registered on the basis of complaint made by respondent No.2 who was, at the relevant time residing in Nilgiri Apartments situated at CR Park. 3.
