Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No. 0135/2023 dated 15.05.2023, registered at Police Station Chitranjan Park, for commission of offences under Sections 354/509/323/341/506/34 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The abovesaid FIR was registered on the basis of complaint made by respondent No.2 who was, at the relevant time residing in Nilgiri Apartments situated at CR Park. 3. There was some dispute related to the parking of the vehicle which Signature Not Verified Signed By:SONIA CRL.M.C. 4043/2026 1 THAPLIYAL Signing Date:23.05.2026 12:36:48 turned ugly and altercation took place on 13.05.2023 and also on the night intervening on 13.05.2023 and 14.05.2023. According to respondent No.2, she was inappropriately touched and was abused and assaulted. Her husband (respondent No.3) and their family friend (respondent No.4) also received injuries in incident in question. 4. Charge-sheet has already been filed and the case is at the stage of arguments on charge. 5. Fact, however, remains that during the pendency of the abovesaid criminal case, parties were referred to Mediation and they have reached amicable settlement. 6. Reference be made to proceed
