GREWAL, J (Oral): Petitioner has filed 3rd petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.0140, dated 01.12.2022, under Section 22 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Lakho Ke Behram, Tehsil and District Ferozepur, Punjab (Annexure P-1). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case as he was picked up from his house on 01.12.2022 at about 11:00/11:30 AM. The regular bail application of the petitioner was wrongly rejected by the learned trial Court on 11.01.2023 (Annexure P-2). He further submits that the petitioner was earlier granted interim bail vide order dated 17.08.2023 (Annexure P-3) passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court.
