The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the letter dated 04.12.2025 (Annexure P-25), whereby in reply to the notice dated 08.11.2025 (Annexure P-24), the prayer of the petitioner for granting him actual benefits/arrears of salary from the date of his appointment i.e. 19.04.2011, as given to persons lower in merit, has been declined. Further, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to grant the petitioner actual benefits instead of notional benefits on account of retrospective appointment as ETT Teacher w.e.f. 19.04.2011 i.e. the date persons lower in merit were given appointment and the petitioner was denied appointment without any justification despite assurance given to him, vide memo
