(ORAL) Present revision petition has been preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India by petitioner-plaintiff being aggrieved by impugned order dated 29.01.2026 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Malout in Civil Suit No.198 of 2023 whereby, petitioner-plaintiff’s evidence was closed on the ground that petitioner-plaintiff has failed to conclude his evidence, despite availing sufficient opportunities. 2. Facts in the present case are not in dispute. Issues were framed on 15.02.2026, thereafter, matter is pending since 27.03.2025 for evidence of petitioner-plaintiff.
