Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the parties have arrived at a compromise. A compromise deed has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. The same is accompanied by an affidavit of the appellant. 3. Learned counsel for the contesting respondent also submits that a compromise has indeed been arrived at between the parties. 4.
