Through the present writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the charge-sheet dated 06.11.2018 (Annexure P-1), and the order dated 14.03.2019 (Annexure P-7), whereby the disciplinary authority appointed an Inquiry Officer to conduct disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner.
