The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to appoint petitioner as legal guardian of her husband Mr. Manish Singh to execute sale deed of his flat. 2. The petitioner claims that Mr. Manish Singh is in vegetative state since 2023. As per judgment of this Court in Surekha v. Axis Bank and others, 2025 SCC OnLine P&H 3402, the petitioner may be appointed as legal guardian of her husband. She is ready to comply with parameters/guidelines laid down in aforesaid judgment. 3.
