Prayer in the present Transfer Application filed by the applicant-husband is for transferring the case bearing No. HMA/1226/2024 titled as “Medha Sharma vs. Nikhilesh Sharma” (Annexure P-1) filed by the respondent-wife under Sections 13(1)(i)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, which is pending before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ambala (Haryana) to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Dera Bassi, District SAS Nagar (Mohali). 2. Learned counsel for the applicant-husband has contended :- i) that the parties were married on 25.11.2016 according to Hindu rites and rituals; ii) That a male child was born out of this wedlock on 22.12.2017 and is in the care and custody of the applicant- husband; VIJAY ASIJA 2026.05.25 20.14 I attest to th
