(ORAL) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.21 dated 18.01.2025 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Tripri, District Patiala The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 25.03.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. The learned State counsel on instructions admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case. In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 25.03.2026 is made absolute.
