The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.222 dated 18.04.2024, under sections 323, 341, 506, 34 of IPC (Section 452 IPC is deleted) (Corresponding Sections 115 (2), 126(2), 351(3) 3(5) of BNS & (Section 333 of BNS is deleted) registered at Police Station Sector-32-33 Karnal, District Karnal and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioners, on the basis of compromise dated 11.03.2026 (Annexure P-2). 2. This Court while issuing notice of motion vide order dated 01.04.2026, directed the parties to appear before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate for recording their statements with regard to the compromise. 3. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, report dated 28.04.2026 has been received from the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Karnal. A perusal of
