The acquired land includes the land of the appellant, situated in village Basai. Various landowners, including the appellant, preferred references under Secon 18 of the Act. The Reference Court of learned Addl. District Judge, Gurugram decided all those references in a bunch led by LAC No.467 dated 31.10.2013/28.07.2015, tled as “Raj Kumari through LRs and another v. State of Haryana and others”, vide his award dated 04.12.2017 and assessed the market value of the acquired land at ₹2,62,08,000/- per acre along with all other statutory benefits. 4.
