Challenge in the present appeal is to order dated 01.04.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge by which, the writ petition filed by the petitioner seeking setting aside of award dated 19.01.2026 passed by learned Permanent Lok Adalat, has been dismissed. 2. Learned Senior counsel for the appellant submits that the finding recorded by the learned Single Judge in paragraph 6 of the impugned judgment qua the ownership of the vehicle in question, is incorrect and contrary to the record hence, the final adjudication is also therefore based upon the said incorrect fact, hence, the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file a review before the learned Single Judge. 3.
