He has further stated that the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/-, deposited by the Insurance-Company, be refunded to it. His statement to this effect has been recorded separately. Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn accordingly. Registry is directed to return the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the appellant- Insurance Company with the Registry of Punjab and Haryana High Court at the time of filing of this appeal to the appellant.
