(Oral): This is first petition for bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of the ‘Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023’. This petition pertains to a case arising out of FIR No.176 dated 11.08.2024 for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 120-B, 406 and 420 of Indian Penal Code, Police Station Thanesar City, District Kurukshetra. 2. The FIR of this case came into being in the backdrop of the fact that complainant had entered into an agreement for the sale of 32 kanals 16 marla land, on receipt of Rs.61,00,000/- in advance, but the sale deed has not been executed. 3.
