(Oral) The petitioner has filed this revision petition against the order dated 20.02.2026 passed by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge Ambala, hereinafter being referred to as ‘Appellate Court’ only, whereby while suspending the sentence of the petitioner, the learned Appellate Court directed the petitioner to deposit 20% of the compensation amount as a condition precedent. The petitioner has been convicted for the commission of offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, hereinafter referred to as ‘NI Act’. 2.
